A typical initial meeting constitutes a full holistic business analysis covering Sales & Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Finance and Skills.

In Order to establish an initial Project Specification Requisite-IBD works toward an agreed ROI or Break Even model – i.e. We strive to only take on projects that will pay for themselves. This model forms the primary goal of any project and generates milestones and targets throughout the task.

Requisite-IBD will conduct pre-meeting research into the business, products, markets and financials. So the more detailed the data provided by the client before hand, the quicker a Project Specification can be drafted and terms agreed.

A project can comprise of one or many services in parallel or in series, often interdependent on each other. An ROI or Break Even analysis would be calculated for each.
