A project workflow starts with the initial meeting to establish the primary Return On Investment goals and one or more services to be provided.
The next stage is to model the proposed success and timing in terms of forecast results. At the same time a review of the clients product positioning and selected markets will be conducted – often resulting on particular focus areas – e.g. new marketing messages, selected target vertical markets, alternative routes to market etc. The output from this process provides more granular activities, measurable milestones and targets.
Then comes the execution, in the form of agreed services and activities – with ongoing reporting and close reference to the modelling results from above. (Meaning the client has full ongoing visibility of activity and results)
Finally we are back at the beginning with results as agreed – paying for Requisite-IBD input and providing a legacy of improved ongoing profitability.
