Interim operations activity is normally deployed to help resolve or implement process and procedure, either in a key business area, or across the board.

The goal of a project is therefore often measured in Time Savings and Efficiency Gains which then directly equate to more time available for revenue generating activity and reduced costs. Example projects include:
